Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta 

Reeves Young provided construction services for this tenant build-out with 1,405 SF of space, 159,482 SF of warehouse space, and 100 SF of separate warehouse bathroom space. The office space contains two main offices, a breakroom with furnishing connections and cabinetry, an IT closet, a unisex bathroom, and a warehouse-facing unisex bathroom. The scope included adding three high-powered HVLS fans and four (4) mechanical dock levelers for easy unloading.

Project GXO

Reeves Young provided construction services for the tenant build-out of a new 440,120 SF distribution center. The buildout consisted of increasing full building electrical service to 2,500-amp service with all new electrical distribution and increased warehouse lighting. Interior work also included 13,664 SF of improvements consisting of two sets of new restrooms for warehouse employees, a large warehouse breakroom, a new security entrance for employees, two remote restrooms, a shipping office, a floor scrubber dump station, battery charging stations, and additional dock levelers and equipment. Exterior improvements included new fencing for the secured dock area with motorized gate controls, an additional sidewalk, and restriping for additional employee parking.

Project Pandion 

Reeves Young was selected as the General Contractor for this 6,100 SF tenant improvement that was constructed inside a completed spec warehouse, alongside renovations to an existing spec office. Reeves Young worked in seamless coordination with the building tenant’s subcontractor conveyor system team while adding exterior improvements to their facility.

Rockdale Logistics Center

Reeves Young was selected as the Construction Manager for this 163,035 SF industrial speculative warehouse. The building is 46’ in height and is designed to house four separate tenants. Building features include 37 dock-high doors, 36-foot clear height, 106 car parking spaces, and 52 trailer parking spaces.

Eastanolle Creek WPCP

Reeves Young was selected as the General Contractor for this project which consisted of constructing a new concrete headworks structure, new concrete grit removal structure, concrete flow split structure, a non-concrete Lined 3.0MG EQ Basin with aeration equipment, modification and demolition of existing process equipment and electrical components, electrical process instrumentation, SCADA, generator, yard and storm piping, temporary bypass pumping, concrete and gravel paving, earthwork, NPDES monitoring, erosion control, valves, coatings, HVAC, mobilization, demobilization, and all other appurtenances necessary to place new treatment process equipment into operation.

Tanners Bridge WRF

This progressive design-build project for Barrow County included providing design and construction services to expand the capacity of Tanner’s Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facility to 1.5 MGD. Design features included septage receiving, headworks, a splitter box, two sequencing batch reactors, an equalization basin, a dewatering building with belt press, a digester, a chlorine contact chamber, and a flow monitor effluent pump station, and aeration and discharged into the Apalachee River.

Avondale Estates Town Green

Reeves Young Recently completed the construction of a new Town Green for the City of Avondale Estates. Avondale Estates is building on its reputation as a green city, and the 2-acre Town Green will serve as an economic driver for the downtown and a place for the community to gather. The scope of work included demolishing existing structures, grading for future mixed-use Buildings, road improvements, pavilion, and Town Green landscape and hardscape. The project includes walking paths, intimate gardens, open fields for passive recreation, a pavilion for outdoor performances, space for events, provisions for food trucks, a children’s area, a dog playground, and other amenities for residents, businesses, and visitors to enjoy.

A. Scott Emmons Water Reclamation Facility

The scope for this project consisted of constructing a new 1.25 MGD wastewater treatment plant in the Little River watershed. Preconstruction services included design and constructability reviews, cost estimating, value-engineering recommendations, and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal package. Construction services included CMAR procurement, construction and construction management, start-up, performance testing, commissioning, and operator training.

Camp Creek WRF Improvements

Reeves Young was selected as the builder for this project, consisting of furnishing and installing clarifier equipment and making concrete repairs to eight existing clarifiers; renovating the primary sludge pump station; replacing flow control gates; consolidating power feed, remote and local controls to four secondary clarifiers.

Town Kennesaw

This 545,000 SF wood-framed multifamily residential project consists of three-story garden apartments, 4/3 garden splits, and 3-story townhomes for 395 units. Exterior design features include brick, stone, and painted siding with picketed balcony rails. Interior design finishes include LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances, painted ceilings and walls, painted wood cabinets, and quartz countertops.
