Spring 2025 Staff Meeting

The Reeves Young team kicked off the quarter with a productive, March-themed staff meeting! With a nod to March Madness and a splash of St. Patrick’s Day spirit, we’re geared up for another season of growth and innovation. We heard from our president, Chad McLeod, who aligned us all on goals and strategies for success.

Reeves Young remains committed to our three key principles: Win Work, Execute Well, and Continuously Improve. With these three principles in mind, Chad introduced the team to VisionaRY 2030, a strategic five-year plan focused on Reeves Young’s vision for the future. This plan is about more than just business growth; it’s about strengthening our culture, empowering our people, and reinforcing our reputation for excellence.

We believe that success is built by relationship. Whether it’s with our clients, partners, or employees, strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As we move forward, Reeves Young remains committed to delivering excellence in construction while prioritizing our employees’ growth and well-being and preparing for the right opportunities. The energy and enthusiasm for this meeting set the tone for an exciting and productive season ahead.

Take a Walk in the Park Day

At Reeves Young, we believe that wellness should be a priority—not just something we think about after work hours. A healthy team is a happy and productive one, which is why we’re always looking for ways to include wellness. A few team members from our Sugar Hill office took a well-deserved break from their desks to celebrate Take a Walk in the Park Day! Additionally, for the month of March, the Sugar Hill office participated in 10,000 Steps Challenge, encouraging employees to move more throughout the day.

These wellness initiatives are a great reminder to step away from your desk, take a deep breath, and prioritize self-care. Research shows that even a short walk can help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost creativity. It’s amazing what a little fresh air and movement can do!

We are grateful for a team that values both hard work and well-being, and we look forward to continuing to find ways to support our staff in leading healthier, happier lives. Stay tuned for more wellness challenges!
