Featuring 6 buildings, the project included 212 luxury apartment units over a shared 2-level underground parking garage. The property’s extensive amenities include a flower shop, salon, bistro, dining hall, elevated patio, two courtyards, outdoor swimming pool, theater, library, fitness center, and massage studio. The commercial-grade kitchen also includes a high-end appliance package including Subzero, Wolff, and Bosch appliances throughout.

This 208,293 SF three-story community provides 162 apartments for residents — 90 luxury independent living, 48 traditional assisted living, and 24 for those needing memory care. Exterior amenities will feature paved walking paths through the gardens, courtyards with covered patio areas, a pickleball court, and a zero-entry pool with a poolside bar. The project will also include a bistro, piano lounge, state-of-the-art demo kitchen, full-service salon, pub, library, restaurant-style dining rooms, outdoor dining areas, and a fully-equipped wellness center.

Reeves Young constructed this 157,401 SF 117-unit senior living facility on 7.1 acres in Alpharetta, Georgia. The building, which included three-, four-, and five-story sections, required the use of post-tension concrete, residential MEPS systems, installation of three elevators, Class B finishes for fire protection, and the use of a tower crane.
