Reeves Young constructed this 157,401 SF 117-unit senior living facility on 7.1 acres in Alpharetta, Georgia. The building, which included three-, four-, and five-story sections, required the use of post-tension concrete, residential MEPS systems, installation of three elevators, Class B finishes for fire protection, and the use of a tower crane.
