Reeves Young Golf Classic Tournament 2025

At this year’s Reeves Young Golf Classic Tournament, we raised more than $100,000 for the Friends Ü Need Club (a.k.a. the Fün Club)—thanks to our amazing employees, clients, sponsors, and partners. Hosted annually at River Club in Suwanee, GA, the Reeves Young Golf Classic brings our team and community together for a charity tournament benefiting our friends at the Fün Club.

The Fün Club provides daily enrichment and social activities for adults with special needs who have aged out of the public school system. Each year, its members join us at the tournament to share snacks and encouragement as golfers tee off.

This generous donation will help enrich the lives of Fün Club members through community involvement, adapted education, physical fitness, meaningful social interactions, and more. It’s always a delight to share a day on the green with the Fün Club.

Thank you to our employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors, partners, sponsors, and golfers who made this year’s tournament a success.

Funtasia 2025

We wrapped up this year’s Funtasia with smiles, sparkle, and Santa! Benefiting the Friends Ü Need Club (a.k.a. the Fün Club), Reeves Young hosted our annual holiday kickoff for the local community. We welcomed guests from Sugar Hill, Suwanee, and neighboring cities. This family-friendly event included slides and bouncy castles, popcorn, face painting, local vendors and artists, and most importantly, a visit from Santa!

Each year, proceeds from Funtasia support the Fün Club—an organization devoted to providing daily enrichment and social activities for adults with special needs who have aged out of the public school system. The Fün Club serves these individuals without placing a financial burden on their families or households, with the help of fundraising events like Funtasia.

Take a look at some of the smiling faces we captured. Guests and their families certainly enjoyed the holiday magic. Santa even showed up in a helicopter! We hope you all had as much FUN as we did.

Atlanta Headquarter’s Field Holiday

This year’s Reeves Young Field Holiday at our Atlanta headquarters was a blast! Our favorite tradition at Reeves Young brings together our field and office staff for a day of fun and appreciation. We are so thankful for our field staff and everything they do to commit to safety, quality, and success at our construction projects across the Southeast.

To show that appreciation, we shared local barbeque, fun raffles, friendly competition, and gifted Red Wing Boots for all! We celebrated staff from all four of our powerful business units—Commercial, Industrial, Heavy Civil, and Water Resources. Our teams are tackling complex projects that will impact communities across the state of Georgia. We are proud to contribute to Georgia’s growth and employ the best talent are our jobsites.

Our teams work diligently, that’s why we prioritize a day to connect and have fun.

We hope that our field staff leave Field Holiday feeling empowered and equipped to take on the next challenge at the job site and beyond.

Nashville Field Day

This year’s Nashville Field Day was the perfect opportunity to take a break from the job site and celebrate our hardworking, dedicated Nashville field team at Reeves Young. Together we enjoyed a day full of fun, games, friendly competition, giveaways, and Jim ‘N Nicks BBQ.

The special tradition of Field Day is what supports Reeves Young’s relationship-centered culture and creates the rare opportunity to bring our office and field teams together.

Our teams took a well-deserved break from jobsites in the metro Nashville area, such as the Second Avenue Restoration and the State of Tennessee DIDD Campus—both projects are notable investments in the continued growth of Reeves Young Nashville and meaningful contributions to the future of the city of Nashville and the State of Tennessee.

Our teams work tirelessly, that’s why we prioritize a moment to step away, connect, relax, and have fun.

Each year, we love seeing your smiling faces and showing our appreciation for everything you do at Reeves Young! Our field team is gifted Red Wing Boots for their dedication and to support them with dependable gear on the job. Without our field employees, we simply wouldn’t be Reeves Young.

Another Field Day—built by relationship.

Nashville Sounds Game

At Reeves Young, we know that building strong relationships starts with meaningful connections, both on and off the job site. This past week, our team in Nashville came together for an evening at the ballpark with the Nashville Sounds. With the backdrop of First Horizon park, the energy of the crowd, and a few ballpark classics in hand, we celebrated the teamwork and camaraderie that makes Reeves Young who we are.

As we continue to grow across the Southeast, we remain committed to fostering a culture where people feel valued, connected, and inspired. Nights like these remind us that the same teamwork that wins ballgames also builds incredible projects and communities. We are built by relationship and strengthened by culture.

“Flashback Friday” Staff Meeting

Last week, we gathered for our annual staff meeting, featuring a fun theme “Flashback Friday.” Complete with nostalgic outfits and ice cream floats, we enjoyed the opportunity to have fun and connect with our colleagues away from the desk and across our satellite offices. We also played a game of ‘Guess Who This RY Employee Is?’ using baby photos submitted by employees.

It’s always a privilege to hear from our President, Chad McLeod, and to celebrate the growth of our team by welcoming many new hires. Additionally, we heard from our partners, Impact Rentals and the FUN Club, about how our collaboration continues to create value and strengthen our community.

From sharing wins to sparking new ideas, our annual staff meeting is a reminder of the teamwork and passion that makes Reeves Young who we are. Together, we look forward to many more milestones, innovations, and continued growth.

Reeves Young Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for New Greenville Office

Reeves Young proudly celebrated the official ribbon cutting for its brand-new office in Greenville, South Carolina, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for the company’s continued growth and commitment to the region.

The new office will serve as a hub for Reeves Young’s work across South Carolina, expanding the company’s presence and providing enhanced resourced for clients and employees alike. By investing in the Greenville community, Reeves Young aims to strengthen its relationships with local municipalities, foster new collaborations, and continue delivering excellence across all projects.

“On behalf of our Commercial, Water, Industrial, and Heavy Civil groups, we couldn’t be more thrilled to officially be at 201 Riverplace and to have this ribbon cutting to celebrate our new home,” said William Reeves, Executive Vice President at Reeves Young.

Our 2025 Summer Interns

This summer, Reeves Young proudly welcomed an incredible group of interns who brought fresh ideas, energy, and passion to our teams across Atlanta, Nashville, and Greenville. Over the past several months, these interns immersed themselves in real-world projects, gained hands-on experience, and saw firsthand what it means to be Built by Relationship.

From the first day, our interns weren’t just observers, but they were contributors. They worked alongside project managers, engineers, estimators, and support staff, gaining valuable exposure to every phase of our operations. Whether it was assisting on-site, collaborating in preconstruction meetings, or navigating client relations, their work helped move projects forward in meaningful ways.

At Reeves Young, internships are more than just summer jobs. That’s why we offer mentorship, professional development, and cross-city connections. Each intern is paired with experienced professionals and a dynamic team who guide them throughout their internship. Professional development opportunities, including skills and resume-building workshops, help to sharpen both technical and soft skills for our interns. Lastly, as our teams are stationed across Atlanta, Nashville, and Greenville, our interns have the unique opportunity to build connections across the Southeast, giving them deeper insight into Reeves Young’s culture of collaboration and community.

To our 2025 interns: thank you for bringing your curiosity, drive, and enthusiasm to every task. You’ve left a mark on our projects, our teams, and our hearts. We wish you all the best in your next adventure!

Nashville Office Hosts Inaugural Cars for a Cause

At Reeves Young, building strong communities is at the core of everything we do — both on and off the jobsite. Last week, our Nashville team proudly put this commitment into action by hosting the inaugural Cars for a Cause event in support of Saddle Up! Nashville, a local nonprofit organization that empowers children and youth with disabilities through horse-assisted therapeutic, educational, and recreational programs.

The event brought together car enthusiasts, local businesses, and members of the Nashville community for a day filled with impressive vehicles, great conversations, and a shared purpose. From vintage classics to modern showstoppers, the variety of cars on display was as diverse and vibrant as the community that gathered to support this meaningful cause.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Reeves Young and Cars for a Cause raised $7,000 to benefit Saddle Up! Nashville. These funds will directly support Saddle Up!’s mission of providing life-changing experiences for children and youth with disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the therapeutic power of horses.

The success of our first Cars for a Cause event is a testament to the heart of our team and the strength of our Nashville community. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to making this event a success and look forward to building on this momentum as we plan for next year’s event.
