Our team provided essential heavy civil services, including site preparation, grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure development, ensuring a strong foundation for this transformative project.

NGHS Gainesville
Reeves Young performed turnkey site package work for Brasfield & Gorrie on a 10-acre site to make way for an expansion to Northeast Georgia Healthcare System’s Gainesville hospital. The sitework scope included excavation, water, sewer, and storm drainage. The storm drainage included over 1,000 linear feet RCP pipe. There is also approximately 150,000 CY of dirt to export.
Databank ATL 4
Reeves Young performed turnkey site package work for Brasfield & Gorrie on an 18-acre site to make way for a 173,000 SF data center. The sitework scope included blasting, excavation, water, sewer, and storm drainage. The storm drainage included over 1,000 linear feet of 72″ diameter corrugated metal pipe. There is also approximately 20,000 CY of mass rock to blast.
Greenville County Square
This 40-acre site is being redeveloped into an urban environment to complement downtown with commercial, residential, public/institutional, and service/industrial uses. It also features two central plazas and three dog parks and includes multi-use trail connectivity on the east, north, and west boundaries to integrate the development with the surrounding areas better and provide convenient access for residents in nearby neighborhoods.
Home Depot Backyard
Reeves Young performed turnkey site development services for The Home Depot Backyard project, a redevelopment of the 13-acre greenspace on the site of the former Georgia Dome. The unique project is being used for game-day parking, events, and entertainment. The project included grading and installation of 6″ of water, 8″ of sewer, and up to 42″ of storm drain utility lines.
Infinite Energy Center Expansion and Renovation
This project for Holder Construction included turnkey site development for the improvements to Infinite Energy Center. Services involved installation of a precast underground detention system (668 precast pieces that equal 571,535 CF of storage), excavation of 100,000 CY of dirt, shoring with I Beam and lagging, a temporary dewatering system with permanent underdrain system, 7,068 SY of paving, 12,784 SY of mill and overlay, and site demolition.
