Gainesville Youth Sports Complex: The Coop

Reeves Young provided construction services for the 89-acre J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex, known as “The Coop.” The project included five natural turf baseball and softball fields and one synthetic turf multi-use field designed to support football, soccer, and other athletic programs. Supporting amenities included three concession and restroom buildings, a maintenance facility, playgrounds, pavilions, and walking trails. Extensive site development and vertical construction were coordinated to deliver a cohesive recreational complex serving youth athletics and the surrounding community.
