This commercial project is located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta off Luckie Street. It is within walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and theMercedes-Benz Stadium. Let’s check out some of the highlights from our visit below:

The Hyatt is going to be an 182,000 SF hotel, offer over 150 rooms on 11 different floors, feature an elevated pool, fitness center, and lobby with full bar & food service, 2,500 SF of meeting space, retail, and provide over 90 parking spaces. While we were there, HVAC systems were being installed, carpet and tile were being laid, furniture was being arranged, cement was being poured, and drywall was going up.
