As Reeves Young continues to grow its teams, services, and presence across the Southeast, we’re excited to recognize two leaders who will play an important role in what’s ahead.

Stephen McMillan and Matt McCormack have both been promoted to Executive Vice President of Reeves Young, expanding their leadership responsibilities while continuing to support the business units and teams they have helped grow.

Stephen McMillan | Executive Vice President

Stephen previously served as Vice President of Reeves Young, overseeing the Company’s Industrial Business Unit. In his new role as Executive Vice President, he will maintain his commitment to Industrial pursuits while taking on an expanded focus on the continuous improvement of Company operations.

Stephen’s new role will allow him to bring his experience leading teams and projects to initiatives across the organization, helping Reeves Young continue to strengthen how we operate as the Company grows.

Matt McCormack | Executive Vice President

Matt previously served as Senior Vice President, overseeing Reeves Young’s Water Resources Business Unit. As Executive Vice President, he will continue leading Water Resources as the team expands its services, capabilities, and markets.

In addition, Matt will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Reeves Young’s footprint in strategic territories, helping identify opportunities to bring our people, experience, and approach to new markets.

Building for What’s Next

These promotions represent more than new titles. As Reeves Young continues to expand, developing strong leaders and creating a structure that supports sustainable growth remain important parts of preparing the Company for what’s next.

Stephen and Matt have each played significant roles in the growth of their respective business units, and their expanded responsibilities will allow that experience and leadership to have an even greater impact across Reeves Young.
