Family Day is a Reeves Young tradition we look forward to every year, bringing our employees and their families together for a day focused on the people who support us both inside and outside of work.

This year, Atlanta Family Day felt a little extra special as we returned to the Georgia Aquarium, a location that longtime Reeves Young employees may remember from Family Days dating back to around 2015.

A lot has changed since our team first gathered there. Reeves Young has grown significantly, expanded into new markets and cities, welcomed countless new team members, and taken on projects throughout the Southeast. Returning to the aquarium gave us a fun opportunity to revisit a familiar place while celebrating the much larger Reeves Young family we have today.

Employees were joined by spouses, kids, and family members for a day together in the heart of Atlanta. Our group had a private space with food, facepainting, and activities, along with plenty of time to explore the aquarium. One of the highlights of the day was gathering everyone together to enjoy the dolphin show.

While Family Day is always filled with plenty of fun, its purpose goes beyond the activities. It’s an opportunity for employees from different teams, departments, business units, offices, and jobsites to spend time together and introduce their families to the people they work alongside every day.

At Reeves Young, Building Better Livelihoods starts with our people, and the families who support them are an important part of our story. Family Day gives us an opportunity each year to celebrate those relationships and spend time together away from our normal routines.
