State of Tennessee Natchez State Park Inn

This project includes demolishing the existing inn and constructing a new, three-story, 40,000 SF inn. The new inn will include a lobby, 48 guestrooms with interior corridor access and exterior balconies, restaurant/dining room with bar, 3,000 SF banquet room divisible into four compartments, a 20-person board room, commercial kitchen, laundry, lounge/recreation room, infinity edge swimming pool, administrative offices, support spaces, infrastructure related to lake access, parking, and sidewalks. The site will also have a playground and a new two-lane boat ramp with a dock.
