Gwinnett County Fire Station No.13

Reeves Young served as Construction Manager at Risk providing full preconstruction and construction services for this single story fire station housing a fire engine, ambulance, and five firefighters and paramedics each day. The project features three drive-through apparatus bays, gear and equipment room, mud room, industrial grade kitchen, individual bunk room cubicles, separate shower facilities, Battalion Commander suite, fitness room, day room, dining room, administrative office space and other support areas. The station can accommodate up to 11 personnel at a time. It was constructed to meet EarthCraft Light Commercial green building standards.
