Bartow County Recreation Center and Water Park

Reeves Young provided Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services, including preconstruction and construction, for a 129,000 SF development featuring a 64,000 SF, two-story recreation center and a 65,000 SF outdoor water park. The recreation center includes a variety of indoor amenities, while the adjacent water park will offer additional leisure and aquatic features. Together, these facilities serve as a major hub for community recreation and activity.
