Avondale Estates is nearing the completion of its Town Green project, a multifunctional greenspace that includes open green areas, a performance area, a playground, and a dog park. The park is expected to open fully by the Fourth of July, with an open-air pavilion scheduled for completion by Reeves Young in late summer or early fall.
