This summer, Reeves Young welcomed some of our favorite visitors to the office for our annual Bring Your Child to Work Day, and this year, we brought the carnival with us!

With school out for summer, the day was all about giving our team members and their kids an opportunity to spend time together, have some fun, and get a glimpse into where their parents spend their workdays.

Our carnival-themed celebration transformed the office with games, activities, and plenty of treats. Kids could try their hand at carnival games, stop by for face painting, design their own custom trucker hats, grab some ice cream, and spend the day enjoying everything we had planned.

Of course, Bring Your Child to Work Day is about more than showing our kids where Mom or Dad works.

It’s an opportunity to bring two important parts of our lives together and let our families experience a little bit of the culture, people, and relationships that make Reeves Young special.

Between the face paint, custom hats, carnival games, and plenty of sugar, there were smiles everywhere. More importantly, our team had the chance to slow down during a busy summer and enjoy some time together with their families.

At Reeves Young, Building Better Livelihoods has always been about more than the projects we build. It’s about creating a place where our people and their families feel connected to the community around them.
