Fast-track project includes expansion of membrane filtration capacity in the existing membrane building, new high service pump station, new high service pump station electrical building, new surge tank station, new surge tank compressor building, CO2 generator building and containment area, gravity thickener, gravity thickener feed pump station, thickened sludge pump building.

Camp Creek WRF Improvements

Location: College Park, GA

Scope consists of furnishing and installing clarifier equipment and making concrete repairs to eight (8) existing clarifiers; renovating the primary sludge pump station; replacing flow control gates; consolidating power feed, remote and local controls to four (4) secondary clarifiers.

Chattanooga Wet Weather Combined Sewer Storage – Phase 1

Project Description

Client: City of Chattanooga
Location: Chattanooga, TN

Construction of three (3) 10 million gallon pre-stressed concrete storage tanks, one cast-in-place 40 MGD pump station including four 10 MGD submersible pumps, one cast-in-place diversion structure incorporating an existing 84″ gravity sewer, two carbon absorption odor control units, one electrical building including switchgear, VFDs, 600kW standby generator, automatic transfer switch, restrooms, and HVAC units. Construction of cast-in-place valve and flow meter vaults and two retaining walls. Installation of buried and above ground piping ranging in size from 8″ to 54″ diameter. Site clearing, grubbing, earthwork, and paving. Modifications to existing West Bank Outfall including demolition and new metal weir box. Replacement of electrical gear at the existing Influent Relief Pump Station. Installation of 680 LF of 36″ diameter forcemain pipe. Installation of micropiles.

City of Griffin Outfall & Force Main Pump Station

Project Description

Client: City of Griffin
Location: Griffin, GA

Project included construction of two pump stations, 15,000 linear feet of 12″ – 15″ DIP gravity sewer lines and installation of 5,000 linear feet of 8″ DIP force main.

A new pump station with an 8′ diameter wet well was built for the 12″ – 15″ DIP lines.

The second pump station consisted of renovation of existing pump station, pumps and appurtenances.
