Georgia Tech Tennenbaum Auditorium

The project is part of Georgia Institute of Technology’s on-going effort to improve the teaching and learning environments in the well-utilized instructional spaces. This project includes the renovation of a 4,500 square foot auditorium on the first floor of the Instructional Center. Seating was replaced and reconfigured to meet current codes and the entrance was reconfigured to increase capacity from 280 to 300 seats. Mechanical systems and lighting were also replaced and fire suppression systems were extended into the auditorium.

Cherokee Veterans Park

75-acre phase of a master planned 149-acre park on greenfield. Project includes new concession/restroom building, 2100 SF maintenance building, pressbox and three prefabricated modular restroom buildings

  • Water distribution system for fire service, domestic water and irrigation system

Gwinnett Tech – North Fulton Campus

Project Description

Client: Gwinnett Technical College
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Size: 93,210 SF

New construction of a 93,210 SF three-story educational building for the Technical College System of Georgia. As the first building on a new 25-acre higher education campus, this structure sets the design and construction standard for future development of the campus.
