Conyers Mayor Vince Evans and City Council members will hold a ground-breaking ceremony for the new City Hall at 901 O’Kelly St. on Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m.The public is invited to attend the event, which will include a brief program and ceremonial groundbreaking. Representatives from construction firm Reeves Young and Precision Planning Inc., the firm providing architectural and design services, will also be on hand.
