Project Morning Hornet
Reeves Young was responsible for self-performing 100% of the utility infrastructure work for Holder Construction on these 195 undisturbed acres, which became a 900,000 SF Facebook data center project. This installation included 8″ sewer and 8″–12″ water utility infrastructure piping, including manholes. Over 30,000 LF of pipe was installed, including 11,367 LF of 8” SDR 35 sanitary sewer piping, 11,892 LF of 12” ductile iron pipe for a fire line, and 13,364 LF of 8” ductile iron pipe for a domestic water line.
Upper Proctor Creek Phase B&C
Reeves Young completed the phased delivery of this project, which encompassed demolition, new capacity relief storage facility, sanitary sewer, earthwork, hardscapes, and re-routing stormwater piping. The project separated the combined sewer/storm system to re-route stormwater piping. The scope of work included demolition, storm, water, sanitary, earthworks, & hardscapes.
