The scope included placement and installation of 4 additional 25-ton RTUs in the warehouse space. The warehouse space also included 8 dock locations with full dock packages (hydraulic dock levelers, dock seals, dock locks, and dock lights). The warehouse was fully racked out from floor to ceiling. The interior office space consisted of multiple personal functioning bathrooms, a trucker’s lounge (with restroom), offices, and a breakroom.

The renovation included the demolition of the existing warehouse’s electrical, HVAC, and equipment, followed by the new construction. The new test lab scope included all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, soundproof metal stud framed walls, sealed concrete floors, new concrete isolation slab for vibration testing, carpet flooring, and exterior concrete mechanical pads. The laboratory will conduct product safety testing to UL/CSA and ANSI standards for electric portable and stationary power tools and outdoor power equipment.
